The Walk for Values will take place on Sunday, May 28, 2017, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Nathan Phillips Square, Toronto. 

To announce and welcome The Parliament of the World’s Religions to Toronto, a news conference is being hosted at the Members’ Lounge at City Hall on May 2, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. We invite you to join us for this, a momentous occasion for the City of Toronto and Canada.

An interfaith dinner and discussion will take place at the Noor Cultural Centre on May 11 at 7 p.m. A lecture by Professor Ivan Kalmar will discuss "Antisemitism and Islamophobia: Common Roots, Common Challenge."

An Interfaith Peace Walk will take place Sunday, May 7, 2017, from 12:30-2:30 p.m. in Oakville, ON.  The walk will begin and end at Centennial Square, in front of the main Oakville Public Library at the corner of Navy Street and Lakeshore Drive.  It is coordinated by the Interfaith Council of Halton.

A wonderful Great Lakes Student Rally will take place on May 25, 2017.  The rally will be part of Greatness: An Ontario 150 Celebration of the Great Lakes.  Hundreds of Grade 7 and 8 students from around Ontario will join fellow students who have been intensely engaged in the Water Docs @ Schoo

From May 8-9, 2017, the "Our Whole Society" conference will take place at Saint Paul University, Ottawa, Canada. 

To mark the 150th anniversary of Canada's Confederation, the conference will seek to discover "a new way of talking, thinking and acting together so that Canada's religious diversity can become a resource for collective advancement."
