New Indigenous Peoples Atlas of Canada Now Available
7 September 2018
After two years of close consultation, Canada's Indigenous communities in conjunction with Canadian Geographic have just released the four-volume Indigenous Peoples Atlas of Canada. The volumes include sections on First Nations, Inuit, Métis, and Truth and Reconciliation, and promise to be a comprehensive resource on Indigenous languages, histories, treaties, lands, and cultures. The atlas is available for purchase at various bookstores, and is also available and searchable online at https://indigenouspeoplesatlasofcanada.ca/.
