HMC Multiculturalism Day Picnic

Location: Milton Community Park, 805 Santa Maria Blvd, Milton, ON

The Halton Multicultural Council would like to invite you to their Multiculturalism Day picnic. This picnic is a celebration of the rich cultural diversity in Halton. It is an opportunity to learn about our neighbours and to celebrate our differences. The event is a part of HMC’s effort to foster social harmony, integration and build strong and peaceful multicultural community.

The event is free for all and everyone is invited. There will be activities for all throughout the day, including: 

Children
– Face painting, bouncy castle

Youth
– Soccer with Play it Forward
– Basketball, Volleyball and Badminton
– Art Station / Mural
– Games from Around the World

Everyone
– Photo Scavenger Hunt
– Cultural dances from 8 different cultures
– Cultural booths with activities, music and artifacts from each culture
– Free hot dogs complements of Maple Lodge
– Ice Cream truck
